Owner David Frosch got his start in the industry 1983 and has been building homes in the East Metro area ever since. In 2003, he created Michael Lee Homes to offer custom construction in a market where clients were historically given little say in how their home was built. Over the past 25 years we have built in within these fine neighborhoods: Wyncrest Villas, Wyndham Hills, Dancing Waters, Easton Village, Kingston Grove, Pioneer Point Villas, as well as many single lots along the East Metro.

As a private, local builder, we control each point of the designing and building process. We hand-pick our contractors, building materials, and lots all while keeping our clients’ vision in mind. With 30+ year of experience, we know the industry and take pride in our ability to guide you through process. Our custom homes are as unique as our clients and we work hard to keep it that way.
