David has worked since 1983 in Design, Homebuilding, and remodeling. He started out as a drafter for Kootenia/Michael Lee back in 1983 and progressively worked his way into management. David takes great pleasure in designing great spaces with his customers and the challenges that come with that. He lives in Woodbury with his wife and they have three grown children and one Grandchild. He and his wife enjoy their time on the Harley and love road trips.

Joe started back in 1985 as a carpenter with Kootenia/Michael Lee. He worked his way up to lead carpenter and then the builder of custom homes. In 2006 he took over all field operations with Kootenia and then in 2009 with Michael Lee. His attention to details is apparent in every home he builds. He lives in Shoreview with his wife and three children. Joe loves spending time with his family when he is not working. Joe also enjoys hunting just about anything.
